4. Eligibility to Use AOS Services

You must have the legal capacity required to enter into an agreement for the particular service you request.

Where a service involves age restrictions, legal requirements, parental or guardian involvement, identity verification, professional qualifications, or other eligibility requirements, you must satisfy those requirements before using the relevant service.

AOS may decline, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a service where it reasonably believes that a user is not eligible, has provided misleading information, has violated these Terms, or presents a legal, security, fraud, or operational risk.

Users must not use AOS services on behalf of another person without appropriate authority.

5. Accuracy of Information Provided by Users

Users are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to AOS is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

This includes, where applicable, names, contact details, age, date of birth, business information, property information, professional information, educational information, matrimonial information, documents, photographs, service requirements, financial information, and other information supplied during an enquiry or service process.

AOS may request clarification, supporting documents, identity information, ownership documents, professional credentials, or other information where reasonably required for a particular service.

Providing information to AOS does not mean that every item supplied has been independently verified by AOS. Where verification is undertaken, the scope of that verification may be limited to the particular process described by AOS.

6. Prohibited Uses

Users must not use AOS websites or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

Impersonation & Fraud

Users must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent identities, submit false documents, or deliberately misrepresent their identity or authority.

Users must not knowingly submit false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or materially incomplete information.

Security Abuse

Unauthorized access, hacking, malware distribution, credential theft, security testing without permission, automated attacks, and attempts to interfere with website operations are prohibited.

Abusive Conduct

Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, unwanted solicitation, exploitation of other users, and misuse of contact information are prohibited.

Users must not upload, publish, distribute, or transmit material that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other proprietary rights.

Illegal Activities

AOS services must not be used to facilitate unlawful transactions, fraud, money laundering, prohibited activities, or activities contrary to applicable law.

7. Terms Applicable to Intermediary & Facilitation Services

AOS may provide intermediary, facilitation, referral, introduction, coordination, or networking services in selected sectors.

Depending on the assignment, AOS may connect buyers and sellers, customers and service providers, businesses and potential partners, property owners and prospective purchasers or tenants, or other participating parties.

AOS may assist with communication, preliminary information, appointment coordination, introductions, meeting arrangements, negotiation support, or other facilitation activities within the agreed scope of the service.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AOS is not a party to the final contract, sale, purchase, lease, investment, professional engagement, medical treatment, educational admission, travel booking, installation contract, or other transaction between independent parties.

Users are responsible for conducting their own appropriate due diligence before entering into any transaction or professional relationship.

AOS does not guarantee that an introduction will result in a transaction, agreement, investment, purchase, sale, appointment, admission, marriage, installation, employment, partnership, or other desired outcome.

8. Real Estate & Property Services

AOS may provide or coordinate property-related intermediary and facilitation services involving residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, land, building, rental, or other property requirements.

Property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, agents, brokers, and other participants are responsible for independently verifying ownership, title, possession, encumbrances, approvals, planning permissions, measurements, taxation, registration status, litigation, documentation, valuation, and all other relevant property matters.

Unless a specific written verification service has been agreed, publication or communication of property information by AOS does not constitute a guarantee of title, ownership, legal status, valuation, physical condition, availability, or transaction completion.

Users should obtain independent legal, technical, financial, valuation, survey, and other professional advice where appropriate before completing a property transaction.

9. Business Facilitation & Commercial Services

AOS may assist businesses with introductions, networking, commercial communication, partnership opportunities, market connections, supplier or buyer introductions, negotiation coordination, and related facilitation.

AOS does not guarantee the financial standing, reputation, performance, solvency, product quality, contractual performance, or commercial conduct of an independent business or person introduced through an AOS service.

Businesses must independently evaluate prospective partners, customers, suppliers, distributors, investors, consultants, agents, and other commercial parties before entering into agreements.

10. Finance & Banking-Related Facilitation

Where AOS provides finance or banking-related facilitation, the service may involve connecting users with banks, financial institutions, loan consultants, insurance professionals, or other relevant service providers.

AOS does not guarantee approval of a loan, insurance policy, credit facility, investment, account, financial product, or other financial service.

Financial decisions, eligibility determinations, interest rates, underwriting, credit assessments, investment risks, approvals, documentation requirements, and contractual terms are determined by the relevant institution or authorized professional.

Users should obtain appropriate regulated financial or professional advice before making significant financial decisions.

11. Healthcare-Related Facilitation

AOS may facilitate connections with healthcare providers, clinics, diagnostic centers, home healthcare providers, medical equipment suppliers, elderly-care providers, or other healthcare-related services where such facilitation forms part of the relevant AOS service.

AOS does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment merely by facilitating access to a healthcare provider.

Medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency care, clinical outcomes, professional fees, and healthcare services remain the responsibility of the relevant licensed or otherwise authorized healthcare provider.

AOS services must not be used as a substitute for emergency medical assistance or professional medical care.

12. Legal, Accounting & Professional Consulting Connections

AOS may facilitate introductions to lawyers, chartered accountants, compliance professionals, consultants, business advisors, or other professional service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, AOS does not itself provide regulated legal, accounting, taxation, investment, audit, or other professional advice merely because it facilitates communication with a professional.

Professional advice is provided by the relevant professional under their own professional responsibilities, qualifications, terms, and applicable regulations.

13. Other Sector-Based Facilitation

AOS may facilitate connections in education, agriculture, transportation and logistics, travel and hospitality, energy and utilities, and media and entertainment.

The relevant third-party institution, professional, operator, vendor, service provider, transporter, educational institution, travel provider, agricultural buyer or seller, energy provider, or media professional remains responsible for the actual service supplied by that party.

AOS does not guarantee admission, employment, travel approval, visa approval, transportation performance, agricultural market prices, energy generation, media opportunities, entertainment bookings, or any other result controlled by an independent third party.

14. IT, Web & Digital Services

AOS may provide web design, web development, software development, web script installation, server setup, hosting-related assistance, website security, backups, SEO, digital marketing, social media optimization, and remote technical support.

The exact scope of an IT assignment will depend upon the agreed specification, quotation, package, work order, communication, or other service documentation.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, AOS does not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, search-engine ranking, specific traffic levels, sales, leads, conversions, malware-free operation, uninterrupted third-party service, or permanent prevention of security incidents.

Customers are responsible for maintaining lawful ownership or licensing rights to content, images, software, domains, trademarks, databases, documents, and other materials supplied to AOS.

15. Matrimony & Matrimonial Services

AOS may operate or facilitate matrimonial services intended to help eligible individuals and families discover, communicate with, or enquire about potential matrimonial connections.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their own matrimonial information and for independently verifying information provided by another member or family.

Where AOS performs identity or profile verification, verification is limited to the scope actually stated by AOS. Verification should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a person's character, financial status, education, employment, family background, marital intentions, health, compatibility, or future conduct.

AOS does not guarantee that any user will find a suitable partner, receive responses, enter into a relationship, become engaged, or marry.

Users should exercise appropriate caution before sharing personal information, sending money, meeting another person, entering into commitments, or proceeding with marriage.

AOS may suspend or remove matrimonial profiles that appear fraudulent, misleading, abusive, inappropriate, inactive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with applicable rules or service requirements.

16. Vedic Astrology & Horoscope Services

AOS may provide or facilitate traditional Vedic astrology, Tamil astrology, horoscope interpretation, astrology predictions, and related consultations.

Astrology services are provided as traditional, interpretive, cultural, or belief-based guidance and should not be represented as a guaranteed prediction of future events.

AOS does not guarantee particular outcomes relating to marriage, relationships, career, employment, business, finances, education, health, family matters, or other life events based on astrology.

Astrology services are not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational, business, or other professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made after receiving astrology-related information.

17. Solar, Elevator & Installation-Related Services

AOS may provide or coordinate solar energy solutions, residential solar installation enquiries, lift and elevator requirements, site coordination, installation-related introductions, and related services.

Where installation is performed by an independent vendor, contractor, manufacturer, technician, or other third party, the technical work, warranties, specifications, installation standards, equipment performance, and after-sales obligations may be governed by the relevant third-party agreement.

Solar generation, energy savings, subsidy eligibility, electricity approvals, net-metering arrangements, equipment availability, and other project outcomes may depend on government authorities, electricity distribution companies, site conditions, equipment specifications, weather, installation quality, and other factors outside AOS's control.

Lift and elevator installation similarly depends upon site conditions, technical specifications, building requirements, applicable approvals, equipment, contractors, and other project-specific factors.

18. Fees, Payments & Taxes

Fees for AOS services will depend upon the particular service, scope, duration, package, project, consultation, intermediary assignment, installation, or other arrangement.

Where applicable, prices may be subject to applicable taxes, government charges, third-party charges, travel expenses, site-visit charges, professional fees, installation expenses, transaction fees, or other disclosed costs.

A service may require advance payment, partial payment, milestone payment, subscription payment, consultation fee, registration fee, or other payment arrangement depending upon the applicable service.

Payment of a fee does not automatically guarantee a particular business, financial, property, matrimonial, professional, technical, or other outcome.

Refunds and cancellations are governed separately by the AOS Refund & Cancellation Policy .

19. Third-Party Services, Providers & Websites

AOS may use or connect users with third-party service providers, websites, payment processors, communication services, hosting companies, software providers, professional service providers, vendors, agents, brokers, consultants, institutions, or other independent parties.

Third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, warranties, licenses, cancellation rules, and service conditions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before entering into a third-party transaction or service relationship.

AOS does not assume responsibility for matters exclusively within the control of an independent third party, subject to rights and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit text, photographs, documents, profiles, business information, property information, advertisements, reviews, enquiries, messages, or other material where a service permits such submissions.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit the material and that the material does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content you submit.

AOS may moderate, restrict, remove, refuse, or request modification of submitted material where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, security, service quality, privacy, fraud prevention, or compliance with these Terms.

21. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the AOS website, branding, logos, design elements, text, graphics, software, layout, databases, service descriptions, original materials, and other website content are owned by or licensed to AOS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may access and use website content for legitimate personal or business purposes connected with the relevant AOS service.

Users must not reproduce, copy, republish, sell, distribute, modify, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or systematically extract AOS content without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, logos, names, software, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

22. Privacy & Personal Data

AOS may collect and process personal information required to operate websites, respond to enquiries, provide services, manage accounts, communicate with users, process payments, conduct verification, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Personal data handling is governed by the AOS Privacy Policy , together with applicable Indian data-protection and privacy laws and regulations.

Users should read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the website or any AOS service.

23. Electronic Communications

When you communicate with AOS through email, WhatsApp, online forms, website forms, telephone, or other electronic communication channels, you acknowledge that electronic communication may be used for service administration, enquiries, appointment coordination, customer support, documentation, and other legitimate service purposes.

Users should not send highly sensitive information through an ordinary communication channel unless AOS specifically requests or provides a suitable secure method.

AOS may retain relevant communications where reasonably necessary for service administration, dispute resolution, security, legal compliance, accounting, or other legitimate purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

24. Website Availability & Technical Limitations

AOS aims to maintain reliable website and service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available access.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, internet failures, software updates, cybersecurity incidents, third-party services, equipment failures, power interruptions, natural events, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances.

AOS may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or update website features and services where reasonably necessary.

25. Security

AOS may implement reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect its systems, websites, information, and services.

However, no internet transmission, computer system, website, database, communication channel, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users must protect their passwords, account credentials, devices, authentication information, and other access credentials and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

26. Suspension, Restriction & Termination

AOS may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access to a website, account, listing, profile, communication channel, or service where reasonably necessary because of:

  • violation of these Terms;
  • suspected fraud or identity misuse;
  • unlawful or abusive activity;
  • non-payment or payment disputes;
  • security concerns;
  • submission of materially false information;
  • misuse of another person's information;
  • infringement of intellectual property or other rights;
  • operational or legal requirements; or
  • any other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Termination does not automatically remove obligations that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

27. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AOS provides different services through different operating models. The availability, scope, quality, timing, outcome, and performance of a service may depend upon the nature of the assignment and, where applicable, independent third parties.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability, consumer right, statutory right, warranty, remedy, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, AOS shall not be responsible for losses arising exclusively from matters outside AOS's reasonable control, including the independent acts or omissions of third parties, inaccurate information supplied by users or third parties, regulatory decisions, government approvals, market conditions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular commercial, financial, matrimonial, property, professional, technical, medical, educational, travel, employment, energy, or other outcome.

28. User Responsibility & Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for their own unlawful acts, fraudulent conduct, intentional misuse of AOS services, unauthorized submissions, infringement of third-party rights, and violation of these Terms.

Where permitted by law, a user may be required to compensate AOS for direct losses, costs, claims, or reasonable expenses arising from the user's unlawful conduct, fraud, intentional misconduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

This provision does not create liability for a user merely because an independent third party failed to perform its own obligations.

29. Force Majeure

AOS will not be considered in breach of these Terms to the extent performance is prevented, delayed, or materially affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic events, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, regulatory restrictions, strikes, infrastructure failures, internet outages, telecommunications failures, cybersecurity events, power failures, supplier failures, or other comparable events.

30. Changes to Services and These Terms

AOS may introduce new services, modify existing services, discontinue services, change service processes, update website content, or revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the website where appropriate. The updated version will normally apply from its stated effective date.

Continued use of the relevant AOS website or service after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

31. Complaints & Grievance Redressal

AOS encourages users to contact us directly when they have a complaint, service concern, billing issue, privacy concern, profile issue, intermediary dispute, or other grievance relating to an AOS service.

Please provide sufficient information to identify the relevant service, transaction, communication, profile, or issue so that AOS can review the matter appropriately.

A dedicated grievance redressal page will provide the applicable complaint and escalation procedure:

Nothing in this section limits any statutory right or remedy available to a consumer or other person under applicable law.

32. Dispute Resolution

AOS encourages users to first contact AOS and attempt to resolve service-related concerns through good-faith communication.

Depending upon the nature of the dispute, applicable law may provide additional remedies, including consumer protection mechanisms, statutory authorities, mediation, arbitration where validly agreed, or judicial proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of a mandatory statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

33. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between AOS and users will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to any mandatory provisions of law applicable to a particular user, transaction, service, or dispute.

Where a dispute is subject to a particular statutory forum, consumer forum, tribunal, authority, or other mandatory jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude that forum.

Subject to the foregoing and applicable law, disputes relating to AOS services may be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction in Tamilnadu, India.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary where legally permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate.

35. No Waiver

Failure by AOS to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or prevent AOS from enforcing it later, subject to applicable law.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, applicable service-specific terms, quotation, order, appointment confirmation, or other written agreement, constitute the applicable contractual framework for the relevant service, subject to mandatory law.
